【Job responsibility】
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of key accounts. Conduct market research and client visits to identify potential key clients, develop key account acquisition plans, and ensure the achievement of assigned key account targets.
2. Establish long-term and stable relationships with key clients. Gain deep insights into their needs and pain points, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements in terms of products, services, pricing, etc., thereby improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Monitor the sales progress of key accounts. Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, R&D, logistics, etc.) to provide high-quality services, ensure on-time delivery of orders, and promptly resolve the problems encountered during collaboration for maintaining good relationships.
4. Conduct regular communication and follow-ups with key clients to gather feedback and suggestions. Relay relevant information to the appropriate departments to drive continuous improvement in products and services, while also identifying potential needs and exploring new business opportunities.
5. Responsible for the signing and administration of key account contracts. Ensure contract terms align with company interests, oversee contract execution, and handle amendments, renewals, and other related matters to ensure smooth cooperation.
6. Participate in the formulation and implementation of key account sales strategies. Assist in developing sales policies and pricing structures based on market trends and client needs to enhance the company’s competitiveness in the key account segment.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management, such as key account sales data analysis, market intelligence gathering, etc.
【Job requirement】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account sales; candidates with existing key account resources in the textile industry are preferred.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Capable of building strong relationships with key clients and effectively driving sales projects forward.
3. Great problem-solving skills and adaptability. Able to respond quickly to various issues during key account cooperation and coordinate resources to implement effective solutions.
4. Strong team spirit and leadership abilities. Able to lead a team in executing key account development and maintenance tasks, while coordinating internal departments to deliver high-quality service.
5. Sharp market insight and business acumen. Able to quickly capture market trends and client needs to support the formulation of key account sales strategies.
6. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Capable of handling business communication and contract negotiations in English. Candidates with overseas client resources or international sales experience are preferred.
