On January 27, 2026, the 2025 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony themed "Year of Core Product Assurance" was grandly held at Nantai & Hanlong.
Mr. Chen Limin, Chairman of the Group, gathered together with all staff. Through video connection, they interacted in real time with the Hanlong branch venue. All participants jointly reviewed the extraordinary journey of the past two decades, commended annual role models, and drew a brand-new development blueprint.

The annual meeting officially kicked off with the slow screening of the group’s 20th-anniversary documentary, taking everyone back to the golden years of joint struggle. From arduous pioneering to steady expansion, familiar scenes and sincere smiles bear witness to the remarkable achievements today forged by each member of the big family with diligence and wisdom.
In the subsequent address, Mr. Chen Limin, Chairman of the Group, reviewed the in-depth cooperation with key strategic clients, demonstrating the group’s outstanding adaptability and internal driving force. Against adverse market conditions, the group achieved a 16% year-on-year growth in sales revenue and an approximately 9% increase in profits, fully reflecting its strong development resilience and collaborative capability. Meanwhile, the group has made forward-looking overseas layouts and will launch strategic deployment in Morocco, safeguarding the security and stability of the supply chain with a global vision.
Strategic Guidance: Focus on Core Products, Drive a Smart Future
The annual theme of the Group for this year is "Year of Core Product Assurance". In the annual work arrangement, Mr. Chen Limin, Chairman of the Group, outlined a clear path for the Group’s future development with forward-looking strategic vision:
1.Consolidate the foundation and secure core clients
The Group will continue to consolidate and deepen strategic cooperation with key clients such as IKEA through continuous innovation and efficient collaboration, and deliver cost-effective eco-friendly textile solutions.
2.Embrace intelligence and empower smart manufacturing
Amid the rapid development of AI and smart manufacturing in China, Chairman Chen Limin emphasized that the Group shall take the initiative to embrace transformation. Driven by digital and intelligent upgrading, we will enhance the overall competency of all employees, leverage AI as a practical tool to boost operational efficiency and economic benefits, and focus on creating irreplaceable value beyond AI capabilities.
3.Make forward-looking layouts and explore new blue ocean markets
LINGTUN Department: Adhere to the key B-end client strategy to fully serve high-quality partners including BYD and Tesla; promote coordinated development of fabrics and garments. Meanwhile, Suugi, the brand for headrests and seat cushions, will adopt a differentiated and innovative development route, integrating technological sense and emotional value into products.
Silver Economy: With sharp insight into the silver economy which is expected to exceed 20 trillion yuan in market size by 2030, the Group will set up a special research team. It will shift from basic elderly care to senior lifestyle consumption, and develop refined, intelligent and humanistic products such as anti-fall pants, easy-wear garments and functional elderly textile fabrics.
Chairman Chen Limin called on all colleagues to be guided by the core value of “Strive for Perfection”. Guided by ambitious goals, shared values and high-efficiency execution, all staff shall jointly ensure the full implementation of the core product strategy.

Seven innovative achievements and their project teams won the Annual Core Product Award and drew wide attention.
The award-winning works include the “chenille sofa fabric series”, “loop yarn sofa fabrics”, “Bladsom roller blind fabrics”, “school uniform series”, and “faux fur cushion & blanket series”. Each achievement embodies the wisdom of the R&D and production teams in overcoming difficulties. They perfectly practice the Group’s mission of pursuing continuous innovation and delivering cost-effective products, and demonstrate the determination and capability of all business sectors to take on difficult yet right endeavors.
A Night of Gathering: Brilliant Performances and Great Blessings
The gala party of the annual meeting featured a wonderful lineup of performances presented by employees of Nantai.
The exciting medley singing, fluent guzheng solo, magnificent suona performance, down-to-earth comedy skit God of Fortune Knocks on My Door, elegant duet dance Waltz of Love, and touching duet song Mom and Daughter won rounds of applause and laughter from the audience.
Multiple rounds of lucky draws interspersed throughout the event pushed the atmosphere to new heights time and again. Generous prizes brought constant surprises to the scene. In the end, the grand mystery prize, announced and presented personally by Chairman Chen Limin, drew a perfect and fortunate ending to the grand feast.
