“Zhongshan resembles a coiled dragon, while Shitou stands like a crouching tiger”—a place once deemed by Zhuge Kongming as worthy of emperors. Along the verdant Wutong Avenue, the group's senior executives gathered at the scenic Dongjiao State Guesthouse on the slopes of Purple Mountain, convening the 2024 fiscal year Zhongshan Conference in Nanjing—the ancient capital of six dynasties and the birthplace of the Group.
The conference was held from November15 to 16, 2024. Senior executives reviewed the performance of each business center and factory in achieving their annual targets. The Group’s strategic initiatives for the “Year of Business Breakthrough” were effectively implemented and yielded positive results. Preliminary statistics show that the Group’s sales revenue for the 2024 fiscal year exceeded RMB 1.65 billion, representing a growth of over 6% compared to FY2023. Operating profit and average employee wages also saw simultaneous increases. Achieving such results amid a challenging internal and external environment was no small feat.
The Marketing Center actively participated in major global bidding projects, overcoming numerous challenges to ensure steady business growth. The successful development and mass production of innovative products such as the pull-wire box created new growth drivers. The LINGTUN Business Division secured key clients such as BYD, while nurse uniform fabrics maintained stable shipments. Nantai enhanced its rapid style-switching capabilities, and its outdoor jackets received wide acclaim from customers. Hilong achieved significant improvements in both output value and efficiency of its sofa cover production. The spinning and weaving mills continuously improved equipment utilization, reaching new highs in productivity and efficiency. The dyeing plant delivered remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, with ongoing reductions in water and energy consumption.

Efforts in social responsibility and factory audits effectively supported business operations. The Finance Department maintained strong control over various costs and expenses. The quality management system operated smoothly, with overall product quality steadily improving. Employee income continued to rise steadily, the talent structure was further optimized, and staff experienced greater development and a stronger sense of achievement. The Chairman expressed full recognition and appreciation for the outstanding achievements of each department, reaffirming that the entire Frank.l.m team is a truly capable and battle-ready force. On this occasion, the Chairman and the Group’s executive team extended their heartfelt thanks to all colleagues.
Past achievements belong to history — a new chapter is about to unfold in 2025, and a brighter future will require the continued effort and determination of every colleague. The conference summarized the key drivers behind the Group’s development. Whether it was yarn-dyed sofa fabrics, Rousen curtains, IMS work wear, spring roller blinds, or blanket series products, all were developed through R\&D innovation and the creation of flagship products, enabling the Group to open new markets and establish multiple growth engines, resulting in steady and sustained progress. As international competition grows increasingly intense and external constraints remain unresolved, the future of the Group’s business will undoubtedly depend on product competitiveness and the ability to deliver differentiated value.
The Chairman has designated the 2025 fiscal year as the Group’s “Year of Flagship Product Development,” setting an overarching goal of reaching RMB 2 billion in sales revenue within three years. He also outlined the business positioning and overall development roadmap for the Home Textile Division and the LINGTUN Business Unit. While consolidating the foundation of existing operations, the Group will focus on developing new flagship products such as medical uniform fabrics, school uniform fabrics, outdoor jackets, pull-wire boxes, storage boxes, and roller blinds—creating new growth drivers to propel the Group’s future development.
At the executive meeting, senior leaders held group discussions centered on the goals and directions set by the Chairman, focusing on four key initiatives: “How to develop flagship products,” “How to continuously optimize costs,” “How to improve delivery capabilities,” and “How to strengthen the talent team.” Executives actively shared their insights and ideas, fostering a collaborative exchange of perspectives. The conference concluded with a summary of the key paths and measures for these initiatives. Following the meeting, each business center and department will conduct internal discussions based on these strategies, refine their objectives and plans for the coming year, assign clear responsibilities, and ensure strict implementation—laying a solid foundation for achieving the Group’s operational targets for fiscal year 2026.
