Recently, a delegation from MARBET, our new client based in Poland, visited our company for an inspection and exchange session. Both sides held in-depth discussions and sample verifications focusing on our core product lines, MITTZON and SPELBREDD. Our R&D, production, quality and sales teams accompanied the clients throughout the visit. The two parties had thorough exchanges on product quality control and delivery coordination, further consolidating the foundation for long-term and stable strategic cooperation.
During the communication, the client paid special attention to vertical divider items of the MITTZON range. They put forward optimization suggestions regarding the pain points of quilting and dimension control in mass-produced goods delivered earlier, as well as production process management and product compatibility. Our teams cross-checked technical specifications, broke down production procedures and finalized dimension calibration solutions to guarantee consistent quality of mass-produced products.
Meanwhile, the client verified dimension samples of new desktop dividers under the MITTZON series on site. They conducted comprehensive evaluations covering structural design, material craftsmanship and assembly compatibility, and spoke highly of the sample quality. The sample approval procedure was successfully completed, paving the way for mass production of the new items.
Besides, the two parties carried out special evaluation on the brand-new SPELBREDD chair cover collection. The client closely inspected key indicators of the samples including fabric handfeel, stitching workmanship, dimensional fitting and color fastness, and discussed targeted optimization plans with our technical team. Sample confirmation was finalized, laying a solid groundwork for the market launch of this new series.
During the factory tour, both sides reviewed past cooperation achievements and exchanged views on order delivery, quality improvement and supply chain collaboration. The client highly commended our efficient R&D capability, fast development turnaround and stable supply capacity. Both parties reached a consensus to deepen long-term cooperation and jointly deliver superior products and services to end consumers.
The visit successfully resolved technical issues concerning the mass production of the MITTZON series, finalized sample approvals for two new product collections, strengthened mutual trust, and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration. Moving forward, we will keep customer demands at the core, deepen our presence in the IKEA supply chain, uphold strict quality standards and strengthen R&D strength. We will forge ahead hand in hand with MARBET and IKEA to develop premium home furnishing products and elevate our partnership to new heights.
