— Empowering Talent · Enhancing Efficiency · Innovating for the Future

From May 29 to 30, 2026, the Spring Group Executive Summit of Frank.L.M. Group was successfully held in the Lecture Hall of Nantai. Centered around the theme of “Empowering Talent · Enhancing Efficiency · Innovating for the Future,” the conference focused on four key areas: organizational optimization, business breakthrough, intelligent transformation, and overseas expansion. Group executives, heads of business divisions, and core department leaders gathered together to align strategies, clarify development paths, and deploy key actions in a highly efficient and pragmatic atmosphere, setting the direction for the Group’s high-quality development in the next stage.
The conference officially commenced at 8:30 a.m. on May 29. Ms. Weili Juan, Director of the Home Textile Business Division, and Mr. Hua Dong, Deputy Director of Product Development, delivered opening presentations reviewing the overall performance of the home textile business. They also shared key insights from the latest IKEA Automation Summit, highlighting the strategic shift of major customers toward expanding sales while reducing costs. In response to these market changes, they emphasized that the Group must accelerate new product development, optimize its cost structure, and strengthen its competitiveness to secure a larger share of customer orders.

Mr. Ge Shujun, Director of the LINGTUN Business Division, then presented an overview of the division's business performance. He pointed out that intensifying market competition has significantly increased pressure on business growth. Despite these challenges, LINGTUN has achieved steady growth this year. To ensure reliable order fulfillment, he stressed the importance of improving workforce productivity, strengthening social compliance and factory audit capabilities, and expanding into new opportunities in garment fabrics and finished apparel.
Ms. An Xiafei, Director of the Supply Chain Center, reported on supply chain operations, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration. This was followed by a presentation from Mr. Wang Yunjie, Human Resources Director, who highlighted the continued rise in labor costs, the aging workforce, and the shortage of skilled workers. He emphasized that streamlining processes, improving data collaboration, and accelerating digital transformation are essential to building a leaner and more efficient organization.
Following the presentations, all participants attended a special workshop on organizational optimization. They were then divided into groups to discuss two key topics: organizational efficiency improvement and the development of smart factories. Drawing on their respective departmental experience, each group conducted in-depth discussions on organizational structure, process optimization, and productivity enhancement. The lively exchange of ideas generated a series of practical recommendations and valuable proposals for the Group's future development.
On May 30, Mr. Wang Xing, the person in charge of the Morocco project, provided a detailed update on the progress of the overseas base construction, strategic planning, market positioning, and implementation roadmap. He emphasized that the Morocco base will serve as an important strategic hub in the Group’s global expansion, helping effectively mitigate trade risks, expand into the European market, and establish a coordinated “domestic + overseas” dual-production-capacity model.
Following this, all participants attended a comprehensive training session titled “Practical Approaches to Smart Factory Construction and Planning,” delivered by an expert in intelligent manufacturing. The course systematically covered smart factory planning, data application, automation implementation, and system integration. It further broadened the Group’s vision for digital transformation and clarified the practical roadmap for upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
After the training, each group conducted in-depth discussions on feasible automation implementation plans for the Group. The discussions focused on key application scenarios including fabric inspection, logistics handling, automated sewing, intelligent packaging, and online equipment diagnostics. The teams identified potential projects, implementation steps, investment returns, and timelines, generating a series of practical and actionable recommendations for automation transformation.
At the conclusion of the conference, Chairman Chen Limin delivered a summary speech and highlighted three key priorities:
First, to systematically advance organizational optimization and efficiency improvement by refining job structures, optimizing staffing allocation, and enhancing per-capita productivity.
Second, to accelerate intelligent and digital transformation by promoting projects such as AGV logistics and AI-based fabric inspection, leveraging data-driven efficiency improvements while ensuring phased implementation and sustainable development.
Third, to steadily advance the Group’s global expansion strategy by accelerating the construction of the Morocco base, strengthening the development of a talent pipeline, and building a dual-cycle development framework integrating domestic and international markets.

The Executive Management Conference was characterized by a highly focused, pragmatic, and in-depth approach throughout the entire process. It not only addressed current challenges such as rising costs and intensified market competition but also established clear action plans for cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, quality improvement, and capacity expansion. The conference served as a key platform for building consensus, accelerating strategic initiatives, and inspiring new momentum.
Moving forward, all business centers and departments will be guided by the spirit of the conference, accelerating the implementation of key initiatives and driving the Group’s continued stable growth through reform, innovation, and intelligent transformation.
